Sometimes it's been a while since your last dive.  That shouldn't hinder your dive plans!  We understand and provide a full refresher course which includes a full briefing and review of equipment, signals and procedures with one of our instructors before we hit the water.  Anyone not having dove within the last two years should add this to their dive itinerary, it will really calm the nerves!

Once done with the refresher we do a 2-tank boat dive, with both dives being 60' or shallower or to the comfort level of the divers. Our professional instructors have been heralded as 'calming', 'caring' and 'compassionate'.  Don't make one more excuse to miss diving!

Snacks, juices and Oceanic Veo or Suunto Gecko dive computers are included. A great idea for the nervous diver too!  Don't make one more excuse to miss diving!

Now this is a unique dive trip that few get to experience.  We added a twist to the old 2 tank day trip and 1 tank night trip dive plan.  We decided that we are going to meet up after noon and hit the water.  We'll sneak a dive in before the sun sets, then on our surface interval we will relax and enjoy the beautiful Kauai ocean and hopefully a 'green flash' sunset!  Then it's back into the water.  You'll be amazed at the difference.  Critters change between day and night and this gets you a chance to see it BACK TO BACK!

The owner himself thought this one up and our customers agree that it is an awesome dive trip.  This is a great dive for divers new to night diving, wanting to night dive but have a day dive first or those wanting to get a day and night dive in on the same day without really making their schedule hectic.

A 1-tank night boat dive, usually at Sheraton Caverns with a maximum depth of 65'. We give a thorough pre-dive briefing and have one incredible set of employees, so night diving experience is not necessary.  As a bonus we throw in a  light bulb and a battery, figuring out how to get it to make light is your deal! 

What do you get to see on a night dive?  Well that's all the fun, it's like day and night down there, everything changes!  The famed Spanish Dancer comes out at night and wow, it is a sight to see! 

Witness moray eels, octopus, the occasional shark all feeding at night.  Many fish are unrecognizable at night; their differing abilities allows many to change colors while others emit protective layers around them, some even grind their teeth while snoozing away!  Kauai scuba diving has never been more fun then at night with the Fathom Five crew!

1 or 2 tank guided shore dive at one of several beautiful north or south shore locations. Koloa Landing on the South Shore of Kauai offers a great opportunity for divers of ALL skill levels to enjoy a day out at the sea.  A great way to get back into diving if you've been gone for awhile.  Or an even better way to get up close and personal with some of Kauai's favorite animals and see some of it's famed under sea topography. Includes an orientation with an ecology briefing describing the animals eco systems and behavioral patterns and an academic review discussing safety procedures, gear, hand signals, etc.

Don't be fooled by the word SHORE here.  We see a lot of folks shy away from shore diving for a multitude of reasons but honestly, Koloa Landing and Tunnels offer some of the best shore diving around.  Koloa Landing features a 15 foot to 45 foot dive experience rich with life and filled with creatures not easily found anywhere else.  It's a pretty easy entry and their is no real swell break.  Our instructors often times know the homes and breeding location of some of rarest animals on Kauai.  For many this dive offers it all. 

Tunnels is just awesome.  This is Jeannette's second home.  I bet sometimes she wishes it was her first, haha.  The topography offered by Tunnels is legendary.  Like we say, we put it on the map.  Jeannette knows her way through every lava tube and formation on the whole site, she could do it blindfolded!

A 1-tank night shore dive at one of several beautiful north or south shore locations.  Wanting to try out night diving but nervous about a boat, the sea and the dark?  Nothing better then taking a nice dive through charted waters!  This dive is a gentle way to get comfortable with night diving. 

It's also one of those dives where a diver with 2000 dives could go and find so much in such an immediate area that they would be stoked!  This eco system offers a plentitude of Dragon Morays, Cusk Eels, and just about every other Hawaiian moray out there, en masse.

We'll provide lights, laughter and hopefully the night dive you've been dreaming of and working hard to get to!  Don't forget to rent an underwater digital camera!  We also offer Enirched Air/Nitrox!

This class is for those who have completed their confined water training and the academic portion of their certification, but need to complete the open water check out dives.  We can take care of the rest of your certification.  Why not finish up in Hawaii?  Includes four open water dives, all equipment rentals, and registration materials.  Divers will need to present any medical releases, and the referral forms from your class room and pool work instructors.

If you're taking a course form us, one of the options that we offer is to make your last two dives boat dives. If you feel very comfortable in the water or have had some diving experience, it may be possible for you to finish out your certifications with a splash. Remember this option might not be for you.
